• Fee structure Our fees are structured so we MUST provide you with service to receive the fee we have agreed on with you. If you don’t believe you are receiving the agreed service from us you can simply turn off the fee – you are in control. All fees are transparent, and each statement you receive will show our adviser service fee being deducted from your account, and as we rebate all commissions to you, you will also see this coming back into your account.
