TREVOR BENSON
Group Founder and CEO
Trevor started in the Finance sector in 1989. He is the founding partner of Infinity Financial Consultants and is passionate about giving quality advice. Trevor has been helping some of his longest standing clients achieve their financial goals for well over 25 years. Trevor is an integral part of the leadership team and is generous with his time, training and overseeing the advice teams strategies to ensure they align with the IFC Investment Philosophy.
When Trevor isn’t in the office, he can be found visiting his 3 kids and grandchildren Oliver, Charlie, Archer, Henry and Harry with his wife Kathy.
TIM BENSON
Group Managing Director
Tim grew up quizzing Trevor about all things finance and started working with Trevor in 2013, in the administration side of the business whilst completing his Financial Planning studies. He has a real drive to assist as many GenY clients as possible reach their financial goals. He now oversees the day-to-day business operations and works with Trevor on the strategic growth of the business, expanding to more locations so that Infinity FC can help more Australians with their financial futures.
If Tim is not in the office, you can find him at home with his wife Liz and their 2 boys Oliver and Archer.
AARON BREED
Head of Advice Team
Aarons passion for Infinity stems from a deep commitment to our clients' success. He believes in the power of continuity and building strong relationships based on trust, understanding, and delivering tangible results.
As the Head of Advice he is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and driving operational excellence. From the beginning to the end of the financial planning process, his focus is on enhancing every step and ensuring an extraordinary journey for our clients.
Aaron also provides compliance and technical advice guidance to all staff within the IFC group. This ensures that our team is equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to deliver top-notch financial advice while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with our team of multi-disciplinary professionals, he is proud to be part of the Infinity family. Together, we are inspired to simplify intricate financial choices for aspiring Australians. We strongly believe in investing in the growth and development of our team to provide the best services and care for our clients.
TROY UHLMANN
Senior Financial Adviser
Troy has spent his working life in the financial services industry. Beginning within the banking sector in 1994, he also spent time in London working alongside the UK stock market before returning home to a career in Financial Planning some 20 years ago. His drive is all about helping clients through education and fact. ‘Keeping things simple’ is a priority, which aligns well with IFC’s philosophy. A Brisbane Bayside local, retirement planning is a passion. Seeing retirees ‘stress free’, ‘maximising Centrelink’ and just ‘enjoying life’ is nothing more satisfying!
Away from the desk, Troy’s married to wife Bec with 2 ‘very active’ teenage kids. A sporting tragic, he loves both forms of rugby, fishing, cricket and golf… Fraser Island is a regular family holiday destination too…
WILL MCENIERY-WALLACE
Financial Adviser
After modest beginnings within the debt collection industry, Will has seen firsthand how vulnerable many Australians are when it comes to their finances. As a direct result of this, Will pursued a career in financial planning with Infinity Financial Consultants in 2017. Will’s key drive is to help young Australian’s build a strong financial base to ensure both themselves and their families are able to manage life’s ups and downs. After 7 years of study, Will is now stepping into the role of financial adviser, transitioning from a support role to servicing his own base of young like-minded professionals.
When Will is not in the office he can be found spending time with his family or enjoying his passion for surfing and catching a few waves at the beach!
JONATHON PERNA
Financial Adviser
Born and raised in Brisbane, after high school I temporarily lived in North Queensland working in a sugar factory. It was during my time there as a shift worker and starting a family that I got the investing itch and took a particular interest in economics.
One day I helped a good friend solve a credit card conundrum, and he asked me a question that changed my life, ‘why are you working in this dirty sweaty sugar mill and not helping people solve their money problems?’ it was a light bulb moment for me that lead to me starting my diploma of financial planning that very night!
Fast forward to today and I couldn’t be happier with my career choice as a Financial Adviser for Infinity Financial Consultants. Every day I get to help individuals and families make responsible financial decisions that will ensure that they have comfortable retirements. Whether they are just starting to have families, or are getting close to retirement, the end goal is the same ‘Do I have enough money to provide for my loved ones’. I am here to make sure that they do.

My passion for Financial Planning is driven by being able to help likeminded clients meet their goals and objectives through ongoing education, planning and working towards great financial outcomes.
As a Provisional Year Adviser at Infinity, I am dedicated to assisting our advisers in delivering sound financial advice and exceptional client experiences, every step of the way. From the first phone call to the end of the financial planning process, my goal is to ensure each, and every client enjoys their journey and is one step closer to meeting their financial goals.
In our multi-disciplinary team we are focused on working together to achieve our clients financial aspirations and help make sense of it all.
